My journey
The search for the core
Even during my logistics apprenticeship, I felt that my true interest lay in life's big questions. What defines our reality? Where do our physical and mental limits lie? This curiosity led me to delve deeply into what moves us as human beings. I realized that I wanted to pursue a path focused on personal development and direct interaction with people. It is my heartfelt desire to do work that is meaningful and where I can support others in strengthening their own well-being.
A decade of exploration
Over the past ten years, I have undertaken numerous journeys to Asia in search of answers to my deepest questions. Thailand, in particular, became a place of learning for me. There, I had the privilege of acquiring invaluable knowledge in meditation and martial arts from various teachers and masters. This included the disciplines of Shaolin Kung Fu, Muay Thai, and double sword fighting. In Bali, I deepened this path with a yoga teacher training, which gave me my first real access to yogic philosophy and an understanding of the chakras.
The realization of interconnectedness
On this journey of self-improvement, I've discovered a fundamental truth: my own issues and challenges are also the issues of many other people. Everything is interconnected and influences everything else. The world changes the moment we begin to change ourselves. This profound insight led me to my training in Ayurvedic medicine and complementary therapy.
Growing together
I see Ayurvedic therapy as a shared journey. With my empathetic approach, I support you in recognizing personal patterns and consciously breaking free from them. I know that as a therapist, I can support many people while we grow together. My focus is not just on treatment, but on gaining a deeper understanding of the laws of life and using this knowledge to guide you on your individual path to greater balance and inner strength.
